Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) is a growing care model in the US that allows older adults to age in place with the benefit of coordinated services and oversight of a professional care manager. CCaH programs can cover certain daily benefits for private duty home care, as needed, and even assisted living and skilled nursing if the member simply cannot remain in their home. Traditional CCRCs and other senior living providers are quickly realizing the potential to provide services outside of their walls and are seeking ways to capture clients that may never move into a retirement community.
The Independa Enterprise solution compliments CCaH by allowing the "circle of care" to remotely monitor the member's health and safety and to be notified when something isn't quite right.
