Director, Customer Success

The Director of Customer Success is a hybrid role, responsible for customer support across multiple channels to drive adoption of our product and proactively focus on customer satisfaction. In this role, you will focus on customer support, onboarding, implementation, training, monitor value for the customer, and be the Voice of the Customer in future product development and enhancement. You’ll advocate for the customer internally and focus on a positive customer experience.

Full Stack Engineer

Independa has an open position for a Full Stack Engineer. You must be interested in the design and development of web, mobile, and set-top box based applications. Experience with HTML, CSS, and Front End Javascript Frameworks (Vue, Angular, and Backbone) as well as web application programming in a Django/Python environment. Experience with SQL and relational databases, strong documentation skills, knowledge of object oriented programming concepts, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent projects.

Backend Engineer

Independa has an open position for a Backend Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack software solutions and mentoring junior software engineers participating on the implementation of these solutions. To excel in this role, one must have the ability to envision and design a complete system solution from high-performing server side services to responsive front-end, know how to communicate design ideas and specifications, and be able to deliver organized and maintainable code.
